The Iwane Sanso Ice Tree is the perfect training venue: just a few steps from a warm, comfortable lodge and ideal for learning the fundamentals in a safe and focused environment. With two victories at the Japan Ice Climbing Cup, experience competing on the Ice Climbing World Cup circuit, and ice climbing throughout Japan, Canada, Europe, and the Himalaya, I will share everything I’ve learned from climbing ice around the world.
